nobody in it &/or one to two parties at various times, it made me wonder whether there were Black cardholders standing & waiting to check-in in the long snaking regular line (or not). The regular check-in line was quite extremely long & extensive with people waiting to check-in at that time, only to grow even longer all along into the entire afternoon. The agent gave me my room number with the keycards to proceed directly up to my room. I also had stayed at the Ocean Resort 2 nights comped, having breezed thru the check-in process by using the dedicated (& no one in it) Black Tier line just prior to 12 noon. I did the upgrades while I was in AC during last weekend & had no problems whatsoever getting the two tier upgrades. I too had gotten the Rock Royal upgrade then went on over to the Ocean Resort of which they then upgraded me to Ocean Black.
